Mr. Mayambala is social health practitioners with a Degree in Demography and Reproductive
Health from Kyambogo University.
His core experience and engagements are in data collection i.e. interviewing, community
mobilisation, education, Supervision, and reporting for activities.
He has attained basic skill in community research including community mobilisation, education
and sensitisation, data collection and analysis of health and social related aspects.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
I graduated with a Bachelor of Demography and Reproductive Health from Kyambogo
University in Uganda. During my degree, I was very active in many facets of university life. I
completed a number of internships around my university campus, and community practice
conducted at Naki valley refegee settlemetnt camp giving me a feel of migrants behaviors and
handling.

Achievements and operation experience
By occupation, I have worked as behavioral Researcher at all platforms, from as a student
research assistant intern to field coordinator position. As part of my role I liaise with research
participants regarding their health management objectives, create and update surveys to capture
participant’s behavior, assist with technical data quality management, code complex responses.
My role often demands that I gather primary data from participants, adapting content and
converting them into real social health report cases.Additionally my role demands to prepare
work plans, pre-budget preparations for all field activities, coodinating pre sensitization
workshops and in turn, produce insightful reports for organisation use.

handling organization money in the field for payment of VHTs, Volunteer Research
assistants and research participants.

ensuring all field activities are conducted including community meetings, participant’s
