HERAIA è l’antica denominazione dell’entroterra siciliano dov'è stata fondata la nostra azienda negli anni ‘60 a
conduzione familiare. Il nostro format è quello di proporre il prodotto genuino della nostra terra, poi
unendolo con la sua bellezza, il suo gusto e la profonda storia legata a essa: questo è il motivo per cui abbiam
o deciso di farci rappresentare dalla trinacria, uno dei simboli più importanti e significativi della cultura della
Sicilia e del Mediterraneo: la famosa gorgone, medusa.

HERAIA is the ancient name of the Sicilian central-eastern area where our com pany is settled in. Our form at
is to propose the best from our lands, throught taste and historical linkages connected to our traditions. this
is the reason why we took the decision to be represented by one of the most symbolic icons of mediterranean
and sicilian tradiion: MEDUSA, here represented by a gorgon.

La catena di produzione della nostra azienda si concentra sul nostro territorio e
sui nostri prodotti. produciamo e salvaguardiamo la nostra merce in maniera
da esporre i nostri prodotti ad alcuna manipolazione.

Our production chain is focused on our lands and our products. we produce and
sageguard our goods in order to reduce the manipulation phases at minimum.

La nostra azienda si trova nell'entroterra della bellissima Sicilia, presso
la cittadina di Barrafranca, famosa per la sua produzione di mandorle
e di olive tipologia Moresca e Nocellara.

Our company is settled in the Sicilian central area, in the city of

Barrafranca, which is famous for the large production of almonds and
Moresca and Nocellara olives.

Ho.Re.Ca. e per la linea classica. Le mandorle sono private della pelle ed essiccate al
sole con il proprio guscio.

Our Minnula in shell is avaiable in several formats adapted for Ho.Re.Ca. distribution
but also for the classic line one. The almonds are removed from their peel and sun
dried inside their shell.

La nostra Minnula sgusciata è disponibile soprattutto per la linea classica, ma anche
disponibile su richiesta per la linea Ho.Re.Ca. Queste mandorle sono private dal
guscio manualmente e pulite a mano, senza utilizzo di alcuna sostanza.

Our Minnula without shell is mostly reserved for the classic line, but also avaiable for
Ho.Re.Ca. line at demand. These almonds are removed from the shell by hand and
cleaned carefully manually without the usage of any chemical substance.

La nostra Minnula pelata è disponibile soprattutto per la linea classica, ma anche
disponibile su richiesta per la linea Ho.Re.Ca. Queste mandorle prima sgusciate e poi
vengono immerse in acqua bollente per 50 secondi, così riusciamo a rimuovere
naturalmente la buccia.

Our Minnula without shell is mostly reserved for the classic line, but also avaiable for
Ho.Re.Ca. line at demand. These almonds firstly unshelled and then put on hot
boiled water for 50 seconds; in this way, we are able to remove the peel by natural
means.

La nostra Minnula ORANGE è il risultato dell'unione e aromatizzazione naturale fra le
nostre mandorle sgusciate e l'arancia rossa di Sicilia. Il processo di aromatizzazione e
gli ingredienti interni sono esclusivamente mandorle e arancia rossa per la nascita di
un aroma leggero e piacevole di arancia rossa.

Our Minnula ORANGE is the result of the encounter and natural seasoning of our
unshelled almonds and Sicilia's blood orange. The seasoning process and the
ingredients includes only almonds and blood orange for the result of a pleasuring
and soft aroma product.

La nostra Minnula LEMON è il risultato dell'unione e aromatizzazione naturale fra le
nostre mandorle sgusciate e il limone di Sicilia. Il processo di aromatizzazione e gli
ingredienti interni sono esclusivamente mandorle e limoni per la nascita di un
aroma leggero e piacevole di limone.

Our Minnula LEMON is the result of the encounter and natural seasoning of our
unshelled almonds and Sicilia's lemon. The seasoning process and the ingredients
includes only almonds and lemon for the result of a pleasuring and soft aroma
product.

AMYGDALA è la nostra mandorla di livello extra lusso. E' una mandorla avvolta
nell'oro alimentare da 23 carati tramite una sostanza collante vegetale alimentare
che cosparge sia la mandorla che la foglia di oro. E' una proposta di alto livello per
chi vuole gustare la naturalezza delle nostre mandorle croccanti con il massimo
livello.

AMYGDALA is our extra lux almond. It is a natural almond covered in 23 carates

edible gold and put together with a vegetal edible glue that wrarp both the almond
and the gold leaf. it is our gourmet and extra lux proposal for those who want to
taste our natural crunchy almonds into a superior level.

alteranti, in modo così da gustare il vero gusto autentico del pistacchio di Sicilia.

Our unshelled Pistakia is removed from shell by hand and without the usage of
alterant substances in order to let you taste the real aroma of Sicilia's pistachio.

il nostro olio extravergine di oliva viene
selezionato con grande cura raccolto
durante le prime fasi di Ottobre e Novembre.
Nello stesso giorno le olive vengono lavorate
in frantoio e sottoposte a decanto. Nei nostri
terreni crescono tre tipologie di olive:
moresca, tonda iblea e nocellara. Da queste
tre magnifiche gemme, prendono vita
IANNUSA (un olio extravergine a base di
moresca - 80% e nocellara 20%) e TUNNA
(olio extravergine di oliva di tonda iblea
100%).

Our extravirgin olive oils is selected with
great care. The collection phase is made
from October to November. In the same
day, these olives are picked and brought
to the olive oil factory, then the result is
