Activity: PAGMAYA: A College Big Day


Is a whole day celebration of individuality, cooperation, unity, and creativity of the students from
every department and/or clubs. It is a combination of the turn-over ceremony of the newly elected CSG
officers, the launching of the clubs and organizations of the school, and the modified acquaintance party.

1. Activity Description
1.1. Title of Activity: PAGMAYA: A College Big Day
1.2. Date/Time: July 31, 2019
1.3. Venue: Outer Quadrangle
Sponsor/ Proponent of the Program/ Activity: Performing Arts Club
1.4. Participants: All SRCB College Students, College Clubs and Organizations, the RVM-TTP Program

2. Nature of the Activity


Rationale I: To develop the sense of belongingness, to acquaint the new peers among all the programs,
get to know one another through through interpersonal communication directed by the Performing Art
Club’s undertakings, to experience a brief background of what Performing Arts is and what we do, and
to be able to create an environment of strong bond forged by harmony and cooperation.

3. Objectives of the Activity


At the end of the event, the participants will be able to:
3.1 Show off other’s talents and skills through the talent show case and games
3.2 Know about the different uniforms used by the department
3.3 Be acquainted with students, teachers and staff of the College Department

Others (Cartolina, Stick Glue, Push Pins, etc) 250.00

Funds for the budget will be from the Club Activity Fee.
Please note that all expenses will be supported by Original Receipt.

5. Program Evaluation will be given randomly to selected students, Faculty, the program OIC and the faculty.
