EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
KaTeapunero Cafe is looking to promote its brand identity, which includes
membership card with menu book, planner pages and tarpaulin banner layout &
design. I handled a number of graphic design projects for businesses in hospitality
and restaurant industries. My work has demonstrated significant achievements in
business growth and brand development helping my clients to garner lasting results.
I hope to provide KaTeapunero Cafe with similar success through my outstanding
graphic design services.

I will work with you aiming at September 5, 2019 as the completion date for this
project. You can expect the following deliverables by this date:

 Membership Card with Menu Book

 Planner Pages for 2020 – includes two (2) variations of cover and ending pages
and twelve (12) unique design for month division pages
 Tarpaulin Banner – 10” x 4” size Opening Banner

WHY ME?
I live and breathe graphic design, which is the main area of my focus. In addition,
I’ve been working as a Graphic Designer and Website Designer for seven (7) years
from different companies and countries. Within the fields of marketing, advertising,
web design, and computer programming.

The goal of a creative process in graphic design is to set clear milestones and
deadlines ensuring timely delivery of the project. By its own nature, creativity is hard
to harness into a predictable and linear set of stages, but it is extremely important to
do so.

While the exact milestone completion dates may vary by 1 to 2 days, we stick to a
tight schedule and follow the process, outlined below:

PRICING & TERMS
Billing and Schedule The project total is due on the September 5, 2019.
All payments will be cash or deposited under Mr.
Granada’s bank account.
Terms Elements of this proposal may be amended upon
collaboration with the KaTeapunero Cafe at the
discretion of Mr. Heroshito Jojo Q. Granada.
Each service item has three (3) revisions.
Any additional revision for each service item shall be
charged Php 100.00 per hour.

Your signature below indicates acceptance of this Graphic Design proposal and
entrance into a contractual agreement with Mr. Heroshito Jojo Q. Granada beginning
on the signature date below.
