Life Skills Coaching

Life Skills Coaching can help you clarify your values and goals, and grow as a person. It can
also help you to discover and pursue your personal passion.

By its nature, Life Skills Coaching tends to tackle some fairly big issues. But like all coaching,
you set the agenda - not the coach, so whatever you tackle is your choice.

Some of the benefits offered by Life Skills Coaching include:


 Exploring your life purpose, vision and philosophy.
 Setting more effective goals - and achieving them!
 Support and encouragement when you need it most.
 Having someone to keep you focussed, challenge you, keep you accountable and confront
you about your commitments.
 Providing a sounding board for your ideas and plans.

While the coaching will be tailored to your individual needs, typically Life Skills coaching may
involve working in the following areas:

 Exploring personal accountability;


 Understanding your core values and preferred behavioral style;
 Clearing your life of disempowering thoughts, words, emotions & behaviors;
 Learning about and using subconscious intelligence to achieve your goals;
 Understanding how beliefs are formed, and how they drive our behavior;
 Comfort zones and personal growth;
 Ethics and the importance of intent;
 Synchronicity (which is similar to serendipity); and
 Living your perfect life.

Some of the principles of coaching are drawn from psychology, however it's important to note
that coaching is not a substitute for therapy. Coaching is designed to help healthy individuals
improve their learning and performance, and enhance their quality of life.

There's nothing difficult about being coached. In fact it's usually a lot of fun.

The only qualification you need is a desire for self improvement!!!!!
