SUMMERY OF SKILLS:

Recruitment: Recruitment of IT Hardware & NON IT various positions through portal’s and
external Recruitment Agency.
Ensure recruitment is carried out for Pan India as per the guidelines.
Prepare and forward HRRF/MRRF for every requirement to HO HR for approval.
Source, screen & shortlist relevant candidates based on the JD through various sources like Job
portals, Ad, reference, walk-in etc.
Adhere to the selection criteria and send proper documents to HO for approval.
Once approved by Corporate HR and roll out the offer letter.
Follow-up with regions for completion of induction/orientation program for every new hire.

Employee Life Cycle Management: Managing the entire employee life cycle management
process including On boarding, Confirmation, Separations etc.,
HR Administration: Update and maintain the minimum wage salary as per the State's act.
Facilitate for transfer process of employees as per the regional requirement. On-time update
of new hires in HRMS.
Give necessary inputs to corporate team for completing the monthly payroll.
Coordinate with HR Manager for completing employee engagement programs as per the plan.
Prepare necessary MIS reports with respect to WMS division.
Attendance: Monitor the upkeep of attendance system, leave system and HRMS and escalate
any concerns to the respective manager.
Exit Formalities: Taking care of exit formalities such as issuing Exit Interview Form, Handover &
Take over and Clearance Certificate Form to ensure smooth exit process.
Conducting & Analysing Exit Interviews and updating the feedback in the Exit Database.
Prepare and issue the Pan India Offer letter and Appointment letter.
Create and issue the Pan India ESIC cards.
Communication & Discipline: Maintain desired work discipline among Team members -
Punctuality, Dress Code.
Timely communication on all related dependencies to stake holders.

Administration: Handling all general activity of office administration for smooth functioning of
admin department.

 Managing new hires through the new hire process (Ensure Completion of Statutory Compliances
like PF, ESI and Medi-claim Information.

Leaves and Database Management:

 Updating daily leave tracker and leave database.


 Managing the Employee Master Data and maintaining personnel records of all the employees.
 Preparing checklist for new employee documents & Termination.
