AFFIDAVIT OF NO RENTAL

I, ATTY. JOYCE E. MORAN, of legal age and with

residence at Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City after being duly sworn
in accordance with law, hereby deposes and states:

That I am the owner of J. E. MORAN LAW with address at

Door 3 #88 Zone 7, Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City;

That the owner of the building, Mr. Manggay Guro offered

said office space to be used as my law office in lieu of legal
services;

That therefore, we are not paying any amount as rent for

the use of aforesaid building;

I am executing this Affidavit to attest the truth of the

foregoing.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my
