 TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you very much for the opportunity given to us to provide our Recruitment Services.
We have following terms and conditions.

1) Our charges for recruitment of candidates will be 8.33% of the Annual Gross Salary
(including PF and all annual benefits like Bonus, LTA etc.) offered to the employee, plus
taxes as applicable. (Currently no service tax is applicable).

2) The payment will be due on the day the person joins the services, and will be paid within a
week.

3) If a person leaves within 3 months of joining, we will provide a free replacement for that
position. Adjustment against other bills will not be done. In case the candidate is been
terminated from his services, then we are responsible for the same.

4) Recruitment process will start immediately after your acceptance of the above terms and
conditions and giving us a brief job profile for the positions to be filled in.
