The University hereby enters a contract of agreement with Ato Kutale Takura for the rendering of intellectual service organized by Arba Minch
University, where as the instructor has declared himself /herself willing and professionally qualified to render the said service. The University here by engages
the instructor to teach the course:

Therefore, the two parties are agreed as follows

1. The instructor shall have 80total contract hours; 80ecture hours and0Practical hours/Tutor hours with students at
Arba Minch center during the period of this contract. The instructor will conduct exam by him/herself.
2. The instructor must submit the students’ weekly class attendance to CE office at the end of each week via the
respected college case handlers, and the college case handler is responsible to collect the teacher’s weekly
attendance records, along with that of students. Unless the college case handler confirms and brings the attendance
reports, payment will not be effective.
3. The instructor shall conduct all exams of the course; unless there exists exam time clash if she/he teaches two or
more courses; and must submit grade in 10 day time after the last course examination took place.
4. The instructor here by declares to be governed by the regulation of the CCDE.
5. In consideration for his/her service, instructor shall receive the gross sum of birr 4,160.00/Four Thousand

One hundred Sixty birr only/for 80total contact hours at the rate of Birr 65 per hour for 80lecture hours and

at the rate of birr 43.33per hour for 0 Lab/Tutor hours. The said sum shall be payable with 4 installments
6. If Grade of the students is not submitted on the deadline indicated on the academic calendar, 1/3 (one third) of the
final payment shall be deducted from the instructor.
7. The instructor should sign attendance via Assigned program coordinator to confirm that he has attended the class.
8. Payment will be made only for periods for which the instructor attended the class.
