History

propel a local company into one of the top food manufacturers of the country today.MC Master Siomai hot

incorporated this dynamic company traces its roots to the four runner of food business that founder Ernie

Chan Khudap in 1999 with just 5 employees Ernie together with his wife, made siomai products and

burger patties which they sold to the local public market. Ernie itself personally deliver this products to his

clients. Capitalizing on the growing popularity of his core product siomai as the favorite quick food snack

fair, the founder took the next step in growing the business by setting up food cart outlets in South Recto

and Grand Central Caloocan and created the Master Siomai Brand. In 2007 Master Siomai began

franchising the concept, fueling it’s growth further. Just as steamy siomai sold recently so did the growth

of Master Siomai Brand as outlets Began sprouting all over Metro manila, in less than three year after the

Franchise open, Master Siomai steadily expanded to the Visayas and Mindanao. Becoming the top

Siomai brand and one of the leading food cart chains in the whole Philippines.

In 2016 the Master Siomai Chain has reached 850 outlets in nationwide.
Mission

With the rapid expansion of Master Siomai Store Chain, manual production had to be replaced with

automation and improve processes to keep up with the demand and ensure consistent product quality. A

sprawling facility in malabon houses of mega production building, equipment with state of the art of

equipment and siomai forming machines and of corporate office to support the Master Siomai Chain. MC

Master Siomai hot invested heavily on technology and got top of the line Siomai making machines from a

renounce international maker of processing equipment. Founder Ernie Chan, even personality designed

some of the machines to boost production capability. With the used of modern equipment and technology,

from the receiving of supplies and raw materials, processing and preparation of ingredients, cooking and

production of the different siomai variance, up to packaging and distribution, MC Master Siomai Hot has

the capacity to produce up to half million siomai products a day. To ensure that its product are of the

highest quality and its food safety, the company also boost of a modern testing and laboratory equipment.

This ensures the Master Siomai products not only consistently meets the government standard and food

safety, but also assures costumers get all the best quality and delicious Siomi. Infact Master Siomai is

GMP/ Good Manufacturing Practices Certified, AAA accredited and HACCP/ Hazard Analysis and Critical

Control Point certified by the National Meat Inspection Services. Master Siomai is also a multi awarded

consumer product and a respected brand in the Local Food Industry.

outlets in terms of quality as it mentioned already in the first page. Cleanliness, unique taste, nutritious,

Location

The location of the business is within the Ever Mall, Perdices St. Dumaguete City, which only means that

we have lots of prospective customers to look up to.

Management Aspect

We decided to adapt a partnership kind of organization. The Store’s total investment P280,000

in which is from the personal funds of every partner. Tax including the rent of space, Salaries Expense

and licenses amount to a total of P 25,000. that would begin on the second week of January 2020.

Financial Aspect

The total project cost amounts to P 305,000 in which we would invest a total of P300,000 for the start up

of the business. A projected sale of P 693,260 will be realized on its first assumption of 3% increase per

annum.
Limitations of the Project Plan

This plan includes only the plan of venturing up a business in a commercial space along Dumaguete City

for Master Siomai.

Market Information

This market plan is aimed at determining and analyzing the demand and supply for the product in past

and making projections of demand its competitive position in the food industry, and designing marketing

program for the product. Master Siomai is a food cart business developed by Masterrific Foods. Supplying

processed meat products such as Ham, Bacon, Burger Patties, and especially Siomai to hotels,

restaurants and market places in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

We have 7 Competitors Manju Cake Houz, Crispyn Crepe, Dream Dessery, Honey’s Halo Halo Delight,
