“A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A HUMAN RIGHTS ACTION

CENTER ”

WHEREAS, in compliance with DILG MC 94-194 dated October 27,

1994, a Barangay Human Rights Action Center is hereby
established in this barangay;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Human Rights Action Center is to be

headed by a bonafide resident of this barangay whose
probity, integrity, honesty and concern for the welfare of
the constituents are beyond reproach;

WHEREAS, ________________________ was elected as Human Rights

Action Officer in a barangay assembly held for the purpose;

WHEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad _______________________,

Chairman of the Committee on _____________________ duly
seconded and approved by the majority of all the members
present in session, it was-

RESOLVED, to create establish a Barangay Human Rights Action

Center with ______________________________ as Human Rights
Action Officer;
