SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, FELISA Q. ADDURU, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of 37

Adduru St., Annafunan West, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, do hereby name,
constitute, and appoint my sister MANSUETA A. ADVIENTO to be my true
and lawful attorney-in-fact, to act in my name, place and stead, as if I were
personally present and do the following acts and things:

1. To represent me in all the hearings concerning CAD. CASE NO. 6

REC. 436 Petition for Issuance of OweNr’s Duplicate Copy of OCT
No. 4567 pending before RTC Branch 1, Tuguegarao City,
Cagayan;

2. With full power to do and perform on my behalf, any act and deed
which I could legally do and perform, to execute and sign, on my
behalf, any and all documents, affidavits, deeds, applications,
certifications necessarily connected to the above case and as may
be required by law and rules of procedure;

3. Such other matters as may aid in the prompt disposition of the said
action;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact

full power and authority to do and perform any and every act, and
thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present and HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do
or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
