At about 08:30 in the morning of September 19, 2019 elements of this station led by PEMS
Isidro F Garbosa, PNCOIC conducted PICE and disseminated the said memo. Further he
added to be vigilant and security conscious from our daily activities.

The activity ended at about 09:00am of same date with positive successful result.
