b. I can help the school achieve its vision statement by doing my best
to be a model student to show the legacy of excellent education of
the OLFU institution

Science Foundation, Inc., is dedicated to the improvement of man

honing and improving my personal skills and knowledge to the very
best of my capabilities, and by improving my holistic formation with
the help of the school.

One of the HIS that is being used in the Philippines is Hospital

Operations and Management Information System (HOMIS),
according to

asof032013.pdf it is created in 1999, its market sharers are 53
hospitals and it’s main features is that HOMIS is a Windows
based computerized hospital information system for
government hospitals. It encompasses the patient’s medical
records.

It is a public health information system that puts standard

operating procedures in place that will systematically collect,
process, generate and share data/information to facilitate and
improve patient delivery services.

It allows practitioners to make patient information available to

anyone who needs it, when they need it and where they need
it. With an electronic health record, lab results can be retrieved
much more rapidly, thus saving time and money.

The top 3 health information management system is created by the BizBox, KCCI
Medsys and Comlogik.

The top 3 is the Hospital Information System 8, visual MEDSYS, and the Comlogic
HMIS

The first is the Hospital Information System 8. A sustainable health information

system that aims to optimize the process for administrative and clinical
operations. HIS is designed to store and manage hospital information and
activities to help improve medical care, lower costs, and increase efficiency
created by the Bizbox.

The BizBox was founded 25 years ago, or in other words it was founded in about
1994. The goal of the company is to improve work efficiency in health care
institutions through software systems, and to produce advanced solutions for
better patient care. Today it is among the top IT companies in the health care
industry. It has fully integrated systems susch as health records (EHR) and
document management systems (DMS).

On the other hand, the KCCL Medsys or the Kaiser-dela Cruz Consulting Inc.
specializes in the application development for hospitals, industrial clinics, and
medical-related educational institutions in the phillipines. Its product, visual
MEDSYS for hospital, provide integrated, comprehensive and proven solutions for
efficient health care practices.

Lastly, the Comlogik Business Systems, Inc is a Philippine based software

development company that was established in 1999, they created the
Comlogik HMIS. Comlogik led the way in developing innovative applications like
online hospital services in which patients can access their billings and
examination reports while administrator can access reports and doctors can
access patients records anywhere and anytime.
