public meeting to inform residents about the new design
features for Phase 2 of the Fulton Road/W. 28th Street
Rehabilitation Project.
PHASE 2 Construction of Phase 2 is expected to begin October 2019. Design
(Lorain to Detroit)
enhancements for this phase – which stretches from Lorain Rd.
to Detroit Ave. – will feature the following benefits:
99 Improved intersection 99 Repair and resurface 99 New ADA-compliant
geometry at Lorain Rd. existing roadway curb ramps and
pavement sidewalks
99 Reestablish the
historic Franklin 99 Repair or replace 99 Improved traffic
Circle concept with the curbs, driveway signals and new
PHASE 1 installation of a modern aprons, and traffic control that

round-a-bout treelawns as needed incorporates bike lanes,

99 Replace 1100 ft. 99 Adjust or reconstruct
