Tension per mm on weld due to Mz, Fmz = [ Mz / (Db + Dha -Tb) ] / [ ( 2 x W b - (twb + 2 x rb ) ) ]
= [ 1 / (800 + 200 -33) ] / [ ( 2 x 300 - (17.5 + 2 x 30 ) ) ]
= 1.980 N/mm
Calculate Section modulus of weld, we = (W b - twb) / 2
= (300 - 17.5) / 2
