A. What to do?

Record an audio on vocaroo (begin by giving your name) expressing to what

extend you agree or disagree with Dan Pink’s view on motivation using the present
perfect, phrasal verbs, and other functions practiced in this learning activity.

B. How to do it?

1. Click on the video The surprising truth about what motivates us Watch it as
many times as necessary and take notes. If there is any word you don’t
understand, go to www.wordreference.com and look it up.

2. Read your notes, decide if you agree or disagree with his position, and record a
video expressing your opinion.

Sample

I don’t agree with his opinion. I have had many different jobs in my life and
the most important factor has always been money. For money, people get up
earlier, work out harder, and are able to do the impossible. You need money
if you want to take care of your family. When I am looking for a job, I always
think about the salary first. I have had many different jobs where the pay has
been good and the work has been repetitive and monotonous. This is not a
problem for me. I am good at learning anything. I just need the right
incentive. In my case, this incentive is money.

I agree with his opinion. I have work and think that the motivation is must
important because feel good is better, however the money help in acquired
abilities because our can and to invest in study for grown in the company,
and can have sustainable life, is true that the life and people drive with the
money, because some persons prefer earn most that feeling good.
