Title: “CHURCH MEMBERSHIP AND FINANCING MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM”
Introduction: CHURCH MEMBERSHIP AND FINANCING
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is the system designed and developed in order to
manage Financial activities in church and managing Believers/Member(s) of the
church. The activities performed by the system include Visitors Management,
Manage Church Branches, Church Asset, Projects, Events, Manage
Contributions and Provide Reports.
Proposed method: The proposed system is a computerized system. This system
has lots of advantages over the traditional record keeping. All the data relevant
to member information are stored in the database, so the management can get
rid of the tedious job like manually searching for information.The Leaders can
log onto the system from anywhere and perform its operation. The system will
increase efficiency in flow of information and provides transparency in social
matters to the people. Lastly misplacing of the documents can be avoided.

Module description:
The Proposed “CHURCH MEMBERSHIP AND FINANCING
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” has following modules
1) Login & Registration: Like every software system, this provides the
interface to login for the Leaders who are authorised to make major changes
to the existing software. New members can register/sign up for the system
where they can perform the operations like visiting the church, making
offerings/promises to the church.
2) Member(s) Management: In this module all the church members
information can be managed by the Leader of the church. How many new
believers are joined and how much offerings are done by them. They can also
check for any feedback that are provided by the member(s).
3) Event Module: Under this module church management can add a new assets
and get properties of those assets. Even the members can get basic information
about those properties. Management can also undertake new projects under this
module like project name,location, project start and end date and amount
invested. This module also includes the branches and departments that are part
of the church.
4) Income & Expense Module: Here the incomes are managed from the
offerings and promises that are made by the believers/members(s). Usually this
is useful at the time of report generation. Likewise the expenses that are
incurred for the church management by undertaking the projects are kept track
of. It helps the Management to make the appropriate choice for undertaking
any new projects or owning new assets. It saves lots of time that are required to
summarize the annual report.
5) General Reports: This is the simple module where the reports are generated by
the leader for the sake of information or to know the changes that took place in
the church for a given period of time. Even the members can request for the
reports. Unlike the traditional system where the report must be presented in the
form of document sheets, this computerized system provides online report
generation which is much more efficient when compared to the former system.
