B. Civil construction (footplate, pedestal, sloof, and slab/floor)

1. Preparation (land clearing)
- Install solid barriced around working area and make sure working area it’s safe
(high voltage area).
- Make sure all workers do not touch any POMI device and equipment at the
working area.
2. Survey, measurment, and marking
3. Excavation to install foot plate (only 3 foundation)
- Prepare shoring from multiplex and cross braces/strut to hold the landslide
around the excavation area
- Excavation material put away from pit area (approximate 1 m from excavation
area)
- Install shoring and dig footing according to the building plans and foundation
type (approximately – 1800 mm below top of slab/floor) width 1.2 x 1.2 meter.
- Used hammer driling as aid tools for digging/excavation.
4. Lean concrete will be K-150 (12.2 MPa) thick 10 mm, after curing check actual lean
concrete elevation.
5. Install rebar D13 – 150 (arrangement as per drawing) before pouring concrete for
foot plate foundation.
6. Check rebar bending, cleanliness and dimension foot plate foundation.
7. Pouring concrete K-350 (31.2 MPa) for foot foundation and then curing (used
sitemix)
8. Prepare rebar for pedestal and the formwork (check for alignment position
formwork, shoring/support and embeded achor bolt). Pedestal top Elv. +0.000,
dimension 40 x 40 cm.
9. Pouring concrete K-350 (31.2 MPa) for pedestal and and then curing. Make sure
anchor bolt arrangement re-check before and after pouring concrete
10. Backfill
11. Followed by steel structure work.

C. Steel contruction material and tools

It is planned to arrange 1 set of mobile crane to lifting steel member.
Table of the construction equipments

No. Name Qty Function

1 automobile crane 1 set Main lifting (load/unload) steel struc.

2 Full body harness 6 set Safety gear
3 Synthetic webbing sling (eye & eye) 2 set Lifting steel structure
4 Shackels 2 set Lifting steel structure
5 Key (ring pas M20, rachet) 4 Ea Tightening
6 Shear wrench M20 1 Ea Tightening
7 Cutting torch 1 set Cutting

C. Steel erection step

1. Before Lifting
1.1. Check lifting equipment by competance person (crane, webbing sling, shackels, etc)
1.2. Check steel member (Marking number, dimension, deflection, painting, cleaning-up,
etc).
1.3. Put center line mark on the base plate of column (4 position).
1.4. Clean-up foundation surface, clean-up of thread anchor bolt, checks diagonal
position of anchor bolt and marker center line foundation.
1.5. For the columns that are directly attached to the exsisting concrete slab or wall,
after position of bolt fisher marked, drill with depth 250 mm, clean-up drill hole
and the slab/wall surface.
1.6. Elevation plate under base plate will be +0.000.
1.7. Preparation for lifting steel member.

2. Lifting steel member

2.1. Before lifting steel member, make sure all POMI device and equipment around
working area have sufficiently protected from the possibility of falling steel
structure material (can use scaffolding combine with safety net or another method
recommended by POMI)
2.2. Main steel member will be install start form north section (axis D) up to south
section (axis A).
2.2. Firstable build 2 (two) scaffolding height 6 meter, dimension 4 x 2 meter, placed at
east site column D1 and west side D4. This scaffolding will use to install 2 (two)
rafter A1-4 after column D1 and drill hole D2 at the position.
2.3. Back to erection. First lift column D1 in vertical position. To avoid column from
decline when hoisting, we use webbing sling.

2.4. Make sure the scaffolding not disturbing during process erection.
2.5. Using tag line, positioning column D1 to the top of pier D1.
2.6. Make sure center line of column symmetric to the center line of pier and base
plate holes parallel with the center line of drill holes
2.7. Put bolt fisher Ø 4/3” and installed. Don’t full tightening first. Tightening conducted
after alignment the column.
2.8. After column D1 installed, connect two rafter using bolt (Rafter D1-4) on the
ground before lifting.
2.9. Place 2 (two) personnel on the scaffolding at wall D4 and install bolt fisher before
the rafter D1-4 is lifted (method for install bolt fisher different between column
and rafter, if column after steel structure on position, but for rafter install first
before steel lifted). Prepare to lifting rafter D1-4 use webbing sling.
2.10. Place another scaffolding at the position D1, and put 2 (two) personnel on the
scaffolding for install bolt and nuts after rafter at the designated position.
2.11. Lifted Rafter to the designated position between column D1 and wall D4. After
rafter at the position, secure the position using tommy M18 and then install M20
bolt and nuts.
2.12. Don’t release webbing sling from the Rafter before alignment and tightening
completed for column D1, Wall D4, rafter D1-4.
2.13. First of all, alignment column using waterpass to check the verticality. After
verticality fulfilled, tightening After column alignment finish, continue to
alignment Rafter and tightening.
2.14. Release webbing sling. Continue install column at south side of pervious column
(column C1 and C2)
2.15. Procedure for install another column refer to step 2.3 up to step 2.7
2.16. Remove scaffolding to the west between column D1 and C1 for install beam CD-1.
2.17. Install beam CD-1 after column C1 finished install.
2.18. After beam CD-1 installed, continue to install Rafter C1-4.
2.19. Continue install another steel member following pervious method until finished
install all steel member.
2.20. after all steel member installed, continue install purlin, sagrod, and roofing.

D. Safety protection measures in construction.

D.1. Construction of high-altitude applies scaffold, the scaffold should meet the
requirement of the design regulation, and the arrangement of the scaffold must
process according to the drawing.
D.2. Obey corresponding safe rules and operation regulations when process special
operation. If necessary, establish the safe measures that meet the special operation.
D.3. Cranes and transportation machines have to accept periodical maintenance and
safety inspection, it's strictly forbidden to carry out illegal operation or any operation
by any person other than operators.
D.4. Obey all using conditions of tools, machines and devices; do not use them against the
rules
D.5. The scaffold and ladder could only be used after being approved by safety inspectors.
D.6. Protective devices should be equipped while using the positioning part, to avoid
spurred injury or fall from height injury.
D.7. Before the installation of the steel frame, specify the safety technical to all
construction crew, it is required that the crew should know about the installation
sequence of the frame, and engineering technology requirements and the importance
of quality and safety.
D.8. After the steel frame structure reaches working area, they should be stacked in order,
to achieve civilization construction.
D.9. According to the related rules of lifting, inclined pulling is strictly forbidden; each
engineering technician should well know the skill and method of determining the
center of gravity of goods, and use the lifting points reasonably for avoiding
damaging the devices.
D.10. While hoisting, any materials or something heavy should not pass above person.
Working area must be reserved for cranes, unrelated person standing or passing cross
the working area are not allowed. If the lifted materials are not supported reliably,
engineering persons are not allowed to work below the materials
D.11. The command person of crane should know about the discipline of machine. Before
guide the crane to start hanging material, make sure the tie point (hanging point) is in
good condition, notice the persons around. The command signal can use whistle, flag,
and interphone. Even if use interphones as command signal device, whistles also must
be equipped, to avoid accident caused by the suddenly power off of interphones,
which may interrupt the communications.
