for every customer. It is located at Barangay Santa, Municipality of Tumauini along Maharlika
Highway. It offers the quality oil products suitable for any car engines. It also offers other
services such vulcanizing service, car wash service and water station. Philtroleum Co. aims to
serve quality oil products in affordable price to accommodate all customers with value. Its name
comes from the combination of the word ‘Philippines’ and ‘Petroleum’ to recognize as Filipino-
made petroleum products for its fuel quality standards and excellent customer
service.Philippines is one of the countries that importing crudes. In this illustration the
Department of Energy stated that the stability of crude in our country is stable because
Philippines is working and at least have the spot for the most countries that has the capacity to
import crudes. Among of those large countries Philippines is still has the spot.

This is the evidence that the prospect business could be competitive enough to compete
with other oil and crude establishment especially in the chosen area or location. These industrial

Philtroleum provides affordable and high quality products for energy production of the
engine of every motor vehicle users. It offers three fuel variants depending on the engine of a
vehicle such premium, diesel and unleaded. Also, there are other services that every driver can
avail such vulcanizing service, loading, water and food station.

Target Customers

The target customers of Philtroleum are motor vehicle drivers that routing along Santa
Maharlika Highway. Mostly are motorcycle users, bus drivers, tricycle drivers, van drivers, truck
drivers and other public and private vehicle users that would patronize the products and
services that Philtroleum offers.

Site Analysis

The commercial vacant lot where Philtroleum is situated is a 2-hectares land with a size of
20,233 sqm. and a frontage of 76 meters, west; 100 meters south located in Barangay Santa,
Municipality Of Tumauini. It is bounded by Avida Town Center and The District Mall of Avida
which is right beside Avida's fully developed housing projects and located at the rear side of
Ayala Land's Vermosa Project. Behind this area is The Courtyards of Ayala Land Premiere.

This commercial lot is a rectangular land that is covered by trees and grass. Meters away from it
are standing establishments, residential areas and small vacant lots. The site has a proper
drainage system and is currently in a good condition which is appropriate for water disposal and
sanitation. No leakage has been found that can cause of contamination in the area.The potential

access the station to buy or purchase a product of Philtroleum that can be needed from their
vehicles. There are a possibility and potential of a lot of vehicles that come out of access the

distance facilities will be 10 mins. away from Oil Bay at Barangay Ugad, Tumauini, Isabela. And
also, equipment that needed in Philtroleum will be taken online.

Marketing Strategies
Philtroleum will promote the product’s brand through social media like Facebook. The business
also has its own website where potential customers can visit. At the same time, the business
provides flyers for additional advertisement and points card for those customers who will
patronize their product over and over again.

Product Selection/ Pricing

According to the Department of Energy the demand for oil internationally, particular in
the Asian Region has caused a surge in the domestic price of oil. In the business research,
Philtroleum are finding the international standard of gasoline pricing. Based on Organization of
the Petroleum and Exporting Countries (OPEC) the standard pricing formula is 11% for cost,
14% for retailing and transportation, 18% for tax and also 57% for crude oil or the original
