ANTE-NUPTIAL AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Ante-Nuptial Agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into this

Address*** (the “Future Groom”);

-and-

***Name of Future Bride***, ***Citizenship of Future

Bride***, of legal age, with address at ***Future Bride's
Address***( the “BUYER”)

WITNESSETH:THAT:

The parties hereto are about to enter into a contract of marriage,

tentatively scheduled to take place on ***Date of Wedding***;

The parties mutually agree that their property relations as future spouses
shall be under the regime of CONJUGAL PARTNERSHIP OF GAINS during the
marriage;

All the property, real and personal, now owned, or that which is acquired
by hereafter by gratuitous title, by right of redemption, by barter or exchange with
property belonging to, and that which is purchased hereafter with exclusive
money of the Future Wife, shall remain to be her own exclusive and separate
property, subject to her sole disposition, administration, and enjoyment; while
those of the Future husband, shall likewise remain to be his own absolute
ownership, disposition, and administration;

All the properties listed under Articles 116 - 120 and other relevant
provisions of the Family Code and the Civil Code shall belong to the Conjugal
Partnership of Gains;

The Conjugal Partnership of Gains shall be liable for the charges

enumerated in Articles 121 - 123 and other relevant provisions of the Family
Code and the Civil Code;

The administration of the Conjugal Partnership of Gains shall be governed

by the provisions of Articles 124, 125 and other relevant provisions of the Family
Code and the Civil Code;

This Agreement shall take effect upon the celebration of the marriage on
