Myself Tinta Baby is working as Associate professor in Department of management studies under
Mangalam college of Engineering.

Curricular.

I can comfortably handle papers in business Communication, Soft skills papers and Human Resource
management related papers. Capable of handling management related subject papers for UG students
also.

Co-Curricular

Can coordinate various Guest talks and seminars based on the Subject. Can motivate the students
Improve their Interpersonal and communication Skills. Able to handle sessions on improving
performance in Group discussions and Interviews. Can also provide guidance to students in their
Resume preparation. Able to provide Project guide ship, internship guide ship and can act as a mentor to
the students.

Extra Curricular.

Guiding students in Industrial Visits .Motivate students to participate in various management fest and
club activities. Coordinate Sponsorship related matters in management fest. Able to administer data
collection process and admission activities .can support in HR department related activities in the
college. Interested to co-ordinate CSR activities and also act as the Encon Club and Rotract club of the
college.
