Viability Studies

Our aquaculture viability study is typically kicked-off with a visit to the target
market / agencies/ market. This frequently gives us the opportunity to meet
with the client and discuss all of the key issues relevant to developing and
operating a successful commercial aquaculture operation in the our country.

Meetings were planned frequently with key members of our team as we

attempt to ascertain the level of quality and timeline for the proposed fish
farming project.

As we all know, site selection is a key component in the overall process of

determining Viability. Water and soil quality are also critical variables that can
significantly uplift the viability of our project. Water quality analysis (when
relevant) will also be closely investigated, as we will leave no stone unturned.
At its most basic level, our consultant will involve the collection and analysis of
meteorological data from the region.

An assessment of the existing infrastructure in close proximity of our project

site is also very important. Traditional infrastructure is properly assessed and
analyzed includes access to local farm labor, access to reliable and low cost
sources of energy, transportation networks, logistical support, and
communications networks. Non-traditional infrastructure, or aquaculture
infrastructure, also been properly assessed and analyzed. Proper
procurement of government authorized high quality feeds, seed
(fry/fingerlings), and the proximity and capabilities of local seafood processing
plants all are carefully access and falls with in the proximity range of 100km
from the site location.

Species selection (Tilapia / Pangasius(basa)) by us has profound impact on

the success of our new aquaculture project. Species selection had been done
very carefully considering the market demands.

The presence of a strong local & regional market (Satara / Pune/ Mumbai /
Hyderabad/ Kolkatta/ Gurgaon/ jammu) for our farm-raised products is boon &
valuable asset for our project. While in-country, we had perform a detailed
survey of the local seafood market. Information gathered on local species
availability, seafood product type market preferences, current seafood market
demand, available seafood market supply, and pricing of various available
seafood products. After analyzing local market data, we had made an
appropriate seafood marketing strategy for the local market.

We as a team have also prepared seafood market studies to select

international targeted markets (UAE, Europe, Srilanka) and develop a
targeted seafood marketing strategy for the export to these countries. We as
an organization have a target to grow as and international exporter of our
aquaculture sea food, once we have captured local market within our country.

We have developed an aquaculture production strategy that’s custom tailored

for us to suit the selected site and the marketing and sales goals of the
proposed project.
Our aquaculture project and site has a unique set of characteristics that call
for a unique vision and design. We have developed a preliminary design that
are custom tailored to the features of the site and the species to be farmed.

A custom financial Viability analysis is prepared for the project envisioned

during this process of determining Viability.

Our financial Viability analysis includes the following:

 COST OF PROJECT & MEANS OF FINANCE

We will setup an aquaculture project development team, who will typically

focus on further project development and management as we refine the
aquaculture production plans, design, aquaculture product marketing
strategies, and the financial projections for the proposed project.
