THE RON CLARK STORY

I. REACTION

The Ron Clark story was an inspiring movie that I`ve watched, this movie was all about
the relationship of a teacher and the students. Mr. Clark`s teaching skills was an evident
throughout the story. From the start of the movie I saw that Mr. Clark was an amazing teacher
that students will love him. He was an energetic, creative and idealistic young teacher who
leaves his small hometown to teach in the big city of New York City. After leaving his small
hometown and gave up his stable job, a city was unknown to him and upon getting there it was
difficult for him to find a teaching positions but after so many failed attempts. Mr. Clark
manages to cope with his stressful and tough challenges brought by his new environment. His
decision to choose the ‘worst’ class and through his full hearted sacrifices to the students but he
was trying his best to do what he can be to make his students become portray that their lives was
full of opportunities. His beliefs that “DREAM BIG, TAKE THE RISKS” was an inspiring
thought because if you sacrifice the thing and take another thing to see the new opportunity and
recognize yourself also it is not about yourself but also to help others to see the beauty of the
nature and overcome the dilemmas in your life. Mr. Clark teaching is a passion for improvement,
for he sees the potential in every personality of his students and amazingly it turns to
opportunity. This movie was definitely an inspiration for everyone and it is undeniably the best
to realize that everyone think that in every circumstances never lose hope and don`t be tired,
rather just go with the flow and take any methods to take those hopeless circumstances become
our inspiration. And it is truly provides a good example of a teacher supporting the standards of
this profession.

II. PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION

III. TEACHER`S PEDAGOGY

Mr. Clark embraced the busy life in the city and endures the rudeness of the class on the
first time and suffers even worst as the day passed but Mr. Clark never gives up on them and
trying his best to improve and help his students to overcome their loneliness, family problems,
and very disturbing and abusing home life. From that, he does what he can do and what is the
best for the students. It was both motivating and inspiring to see a teacher, such as Mr. Clark,
bringing in an innovative, energetic, and positive role model into these children’s lives. Although
all of these children have tough exteriors, they are unique individuals who deserve someone to
come in, teach them, give them hope that they can do anything they set their mind to, and never,
ever give up on them. Also he made some interesting techniques that Mr. Ron Clark utilized in
his classroom to try and set up some stricter management for the common benefit of the students.
He made some rules to develop them into one and to help them to overcome those hurt feelings.
Some of the rules includes are we are family, he said to his students that they are one and in ever
circumstances they are trying to overcome with it as one.
