In this 21st century, there are almost entire human beings who have right to use and

can celebrate a very great amount of technology. Seldom isn’t the recent term, industrial
revolution 4.0, heard every day either in social media or in real fact of life. Facing the more
challenges and competitions of global era, it is no longer denying of fact that the quality of
human should be enhanced in each element to think, know and understand what matters are
going to happen. The need of enthusiasm to actualize human resource developments is the
first key to possess.

With funds and forces of inhabitant having such high certain qualities, the advanced
countries have proved, without own natural resources, they could come out on top of
competitive world nowadays; whereas, Indonesia as a developed country with a great
financial capital of natural resources especially oil, natural gas and woods is left behind in
this global competition.

The majority of abilities of Indonesian whose inhabitants reach more than 226 million
of people are still appropriate with model of industry 1.0 up to 3.0. Indonesia to face
industrial revolution 4.0 needs to undergo long process and strive to make mature preparation
that we cannot underestimate in order that the integrated and directed potential human
resource development to catch up the fact of having fallen behind.

There are two main pillars of building human resources that have to be paid great
attention. They are education and health. The educated and healthy societies have much
bigger opportunities to raise the standard of living in both earnings and prosperities. Each of
the two bases in Indonesia does not cheer up yet and must be called into questions.

Human development index or IPM published by the United Nations places a quality
of Indonesian people in 2017 at the 166 th rank from 186 countries. It shows us that Indonesia
need to have high quality faster; therefore, the more people have high quality the faster they
reach development. About 40% Indonesian work force who are 15-64 ages only have basic
education.

The will and interest of reading in great circle of societies keep low. Whereas, in fact
that reading is one of the keys to collect all kinds of knowledge and know what on the earth is
happening. This low will and interest of reading makes them difficult to understand texts
consisting of a lot of information and to analyze the old or coming actual event in their lives.
Not to read books, news and websites is the culture of Indonesia that ought to improve. It is
due to the fact told by education and social culture module national economic in 2015
showing only 13.11 % of societies who read newspaper and magazine and 18.89 % who read
articles and electronic news.

Moreover, the level of dying mother and children is high. One from three children

and chronic breathing. These matters also make human productivity difficult to compete.
 Having rich natural resource and human resources, Indonesia in facing industrial
revolution 4.0 will soon come out on the highest top in this global competitive.
