My MBTI personality type as per the Myers-Briggs Personality test: ESTJ


(Extraverted:59%, Sensing:31%, Thinking:12% & Judging :19%)

MBTI Assessment versus Actual

The MBTI Assessment is very close to my actual personality. In real world I

prefer to be in an organized and creative surrounding. I thrive on leadership and

management roles and enjoy organizing and mobilizing people as per the requirements.

I always prefer working as per the policies and rules laid down by the higher authorities

and expect the same from my team members or the subordinates. Tasks which involves

creative thinking, team work, problem solving abilities and research generally brings out

the best in me. Moreover, I always prefer to be in a center of attention and always look

for the appreciation from the authorities in power.

Social gatherings and events such as birthdays, annual celebrations, marriage or

any religious activity are some of the things that I always look up to and try to cherish

and enjoy every moment of it. Family is always the foremost priority for me followed by

the work, friends and last but not the least the monetary assets.

Service the tangible expression of responsibility, is another key focus for me.

Having worked for more than 6 years in Service Industry, I understand the Importance

of providing and receiving the good services.


Furthermore, I Strongly believe that power, position and prestige should be worked for

and earned.

Personality Strength

Some of the personality strengths that I bring on to the table while working in a team are

 Discipline: Since I always respect the work ethics and closely follow the

rules and policies laid down by the organization or high authorities. It

would help the team in completing the assignments and tasks effectively,

orderly and within a stipulated time period

 Team Spirit: Having worked for more than 6 years in a fast-paced

customer service environment and managing the team of more than 10

members have provided me sufficient exposure to the techniques and

approach to promote and develop a team spirit within the members

 Problem Solving and Decision making ability: I have always enjoyed

the leadership roles and thrive in a complex and com

 Allotting task or activities for the Introverts as an observer: Involving introverts

into the activities as an observer can produce wonderful results for the team and

the leader. Since, introverts always have an eye for detail and good listening

skills they can always come up with a unique solutions and alternative to a

problem
