Subject: Special Meeting of the AWBI: Minimum 8 Member written requisition.
Greetings,
It is humbly submitted that:
1. On 30-7-2018, Special Meeting of the AWBI claimed but as per rules minimum 8
member written requisition is mandatory, AWBI supplied only three request, whereas
minutes also signed by 7, confirmed that 5 request made including above 3, hence said
Special Meeting of the AWBI was unlawful & illegal.

2. Misuse of manpower with official position, office premises, public funds etc were badly
abused to spread mud on the complainant, besides it points raised by the complainant were
not examined by Independent agency.
3. Special Meeting of the AWBI be declared null & void, their minute with circulations
needs to be withdrawn immediately being unlawful & illegal.
Hence responsibilities may be fixed on the tainted officials, recovery of amount incurred on
the above said meeting with penalty be charged from their perks.
