CONVO UTHM 2019
UTHM akan menyelaraskan pendaftaran BEM bagi semua graduan
Kejuruteraan dan Teknologi Kejuruteraan yang telah disahkan Senat.
Oleh yang demikian, graduan boleh mencetak borang BEM melalui Sistem Maklumat
Alumni (SisMA). Mohon pihak Tuan/Puan menyelesaikan bayaran tersebut melalui
SMAP Online dan borang yang telah dilengkapkan perlu dihantar semula kepada
pihak kami melalui pos atau semasa kaunter konvokesyen.

UTHM will coordinate the BEM registration for all Engineering and Engineering
Technologies graduates who have been certified by the Senate.
Graduates can print BEM forms through the Alumni Information System (SisMA). Please kindly
settle the BEM registration fee through SMAP Online and the completed form must be
forwarded to us via postage or submitted at Alumni Convocation Counter 2019.

ENGINEERING GRADUATES
(FKAAS, FKEE, FKMP)
(LOCAL GRADUATES)
• Print your BEM form in SisMA UTHM
(www.alumni.uthm.edu.my/sisma)
• Check all details and SIGN at 2 places in FORM A1 BEM.
• Any changes of your details must be updated in SMAP Online.
As for any changes in printed prefilled BEM form, just cross
and write your updated details (esp. email address & phone
number)
• REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS
• Only One (1) Passport-Sized Photo
• Only One (1) Copy of Identity Card (IC)
