Urbantech Industrial Services LLP (UTIS) has been incorporated on Dec 2016 with an
ambition to provide fully comprehensive solutions for solar power plant best suitable for roof
and ground mount.

Being a system integrator, UTIS is the one-stop solution for the entire system development and
operation process. We ensure our customer gets the quality we promise using top-tier equipments
in a wide range of products and services.

Our product line includes Hot DIP Galvanized MS ground/roof/carport /shed mounting
structures and OEM solar mounting parts like clamps/rails/hooks/fasteners/ nuts & bolts
corrosion resistant. The mounting structure steel are as per latest IS 2062: 1992 and the
galvanization IS 4759. And in electrical components,Solar Array Junction Box(Polycarbonate),
Solar Combiner Box along with various other equipments like cable tray, thimble, Mc4
Connectors, GI Strips/Earthling wires, DC/AC cables etc.

Our core competencies are project specific customization, innovation, and optimization that

Services

Site Analysis & Assessment

A PV module’s output is directly proportional to the amount of sunlight hitting it. So the proper
assessment of location is the first very essential and critical step in solar system design
procedure. This includes measurement of roof top, ground mounting or shade mounting area.
Consideration of various obstructions like adjacent walls, water tanks, trees etc for shadow free
areas.

Layout Diagram
Detailed input of number of PV modules, Array design (single/double/triple stacking) 3D as well
as 2D.Structural detailed diagram – Side plan, Top plan and Bottom plan with required profile
details.

Shadow Analysis
3D simulation of daylight conditions. Animated sunpath viewing of shadows from near and
medium distance objects. Complete generation report on PV syst.

Civil
Design, estimation and costing of civil and structural work plays a crucial role in overall project.

Continuous innovation in structural design and quality to meet the viability of strength and
durability pertaining to load and wind pressure.

Inspecting field sites to observe, evaluate condition, operability of facilities and structures and to
collect field survey data and measurement.

Ground and roof mounting civil blocks for galvanise leg.

Installation
Execution of site as per the approved drawing and BOQ (Bill of Quantity).

Extensive care of pitched and RCC (Reinforced concrete) roof from water leakage with chemical
fixing technology.

Proper alignment of footings (C section which holds rafter), purlins (comparatively lighter in
weight) and pV modules uniformly taken into consideration.

Use of advance tools and fixtures i.e,electric and cordless screwdrivers, hammer drills, air
blowers etc. helps completing the site efficiently.
Safety
We ensure that we adhere to safety measures over and above the customer’s expectation to and
the well-being of the team at the operation.

Personnel appointed at the site are highly trained and adhere to PPE (Personal Protective
Equipment) i.e, safety shoes, safety helmets, reflecting jackets, gloves and safety belt harness
mandatory for all workers.

We carry a job safety analysis (JSA) before every project. It’s important to pinpoint potential
safety hazards and address them accordingly.
