RESOLUTION FOR BUDGET ALLOCATION

FOR ASYLUM: THE FINAL ANTIDOTE

Whereas, the Junior Marketing Association Executive Board officers collectively agreed on the amount of PhP 5,500.00 as contribution for ASYLUM:
The Final Antidote

Whereas, the Junior Marketing Association Executive Board estimated the following expenses for the activity: Rental Expense of PhP 1800.00,
Representation Expense of PhP 1,200.00, Supplies Expense of PhP 1200.00, Printing Expense of PhP 450.00 and Contingencies of PhP 465.00
only.

Whereas, the Junior Marketing Association Executive Board has sufficient funds to provide the said expenses.

Resolved, as it is hereby resolved that the Junior Marketing Association Executive Board officers agreed to allocate a budget of PhP 5,500.00 for
ASYLUM: The Final Antidote on March 13 to 14, 2019; 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at University Grandstand, GDO Rooms.

Unanimously approved, this 22nd of January 2019.
