As predicted last month, the Democrats won a clear majority of the US Congress in the mid-
term elections on November 6, 2018 and they are all set to use it to attack President Donald
Trump. They will take control the Congress in January 3, 2019. Special Counsel Robert
Mueller’s report on his investigation into the alleged collusion between the Trump campaign
and Russia is expected to be released in the near future. This report may not be in favor of
the President Trump, his campaign advisors and early advisors in the White House. There is
a looming battle between the Republican President and a Democrat controlled Congress,
about investigations into President Trump up to possible impeachment. President Trump is
telling to fight any subpoena all the way to the Supreme Court.
Under these circumstances the following astrological analysis of his birth charts and inaugu-
ration chart indicates difficult time ahead for President Trump. There are bound to be obsta-
cles and conflicts involving the government, legislative matters and foreign trade. His tax re-
turns may finally be leaked. He may have problems in his personal businesses, relations with
women including his wife and health also, President Trump may find it difficult to complete
his first term successfully.

indicating favorable houses 6,10,11 along with unfavorable houses 4,5,12 with strong posi-
tive sub.

6,11 along with unfavorable houses 4,5,8,12 with negative sub.
He may have a worsening of fortunes over the next 2+ years of Satan Bhukti because of un-

Transiting Ketu will enter Sagittarius sign on March 9, 2019, and collides with transit Saturn
for 10 months until January 24, 2020. At the same time Rahu enters Gemini sign in opposi-
tion to Saturn. During this time transit Saturn will be in last 10 degrees in Sagittarius sign,
and aspect the Dasa lord natal Jupiter. During the period of March 24 to May 6, 2019 transit
Mars will be conjunct his Uranus (Taurus 24:52:25) and aspecting 12th (loss) cusp and align
with his natal Saturn. , Venus and 12th (loss) cusp. Saturn as 7th lord rules his spouse and
advisors, and Venus rules women.
On February 26, 2020, transit Pluto will be in opposition to Saturn in Trump's birth chart.
This severe position is enhanced by transit Saturn already on January 25, 2020 having the
same opposition aspect with Trump's natal Saturn. Two sinister planets do the same thing, a
mere month apart. That also means transit Saturn and Pluto are quite close to having a con-
junction at the time.

When I met my office colleague, showing his daughter’s horoscope my colleague has asked
me when would be able to perform his daughter’ marriage. Glancing at the horoscope I
found that Rahu is the cuspal sublord of 5,7,11 and its dasa period is running at that time.
I told him that his daughter has got love affair with a boy not belonging his community and
he has to perform their marriage within a short period as the period of fruitful significators
bhukti (Venus) has to commence shortly and I left the place. During my next visit he told
me that many pandits have assured him confidently that his daughter’s love affair will not
materialize. As his daughter was forcing him for performing her marriage with that boy he
sought my advice in the matter, because he is not interested in performing their marriage.

Jupiter is not taken as anthara lord as Moon is deposited in its star.
Next Saturn in 5 aspected by the ruling planet Mars in 2 lord of 11 is strong enough as
anthara lord to conduct the marriage.
Hence the event has to be fructified during the conjoint period of Jup-Mer-Sat if transit
agrees.
The conjoint period of Jup-Mer-Sat runs between 13-11-2015 to 23-3-2016. On 13-11-

2015 the luminary Sun is in Libra sign visakha star. As Saturn is aspecting the dasa lord
Jupiter there will be some delay in fructification of event. On 14-3-2016 Sun enters in
purvabhadra star in Jupiter sign (the sensitive point in Pieces sign) on which date Moon is
in Rohini star in Taurus sign. Moon should be moved to the area of bhukthi lord Mercury

That is day of fructification of event. I have informed my colleague that his daughter’s love
affair will not fail and he has to perform their marriage without any escape. My colleague
requested me on the day of marriage over the telephone to attend, that is, on 15-3-2016.

The transit of DBA lords are as follows:
Sun in Jupiter star (dasa lord), Moon in Mercury sign Gemini (bhukthi lord), Jupiter is in

KN Rao, Editor of Astrology Journal defines Real Birth Time as-

The real birth time we define here as the exact moment when the newborn's lungs first start
to fill with air: The first breath. Then this new body starts to interact with our earth’s
atmosphere, and never really stops breathing as long as it lives. This moment can be
defined up to 1-second accuracy, and even up to fractions of a second.
How Inaccurate is Your Birth Time?

There are several indicators that can tell you how much your known birth time information
is off your real birth time. Check for the following indicators:
Birth Time Information Sources are

Mothers usually are a better source than fathers. A father, who had to wait so long for the
blessed event, usually is too nervous to care about the exact birth time when the child
arrives.
Mothers with many children may confuse their various birth times. Such a birth time
information would be completely wrong (up to 24 hours).
An exception is parents who do care about astrology. Expect their time recording to be
correct within plus/minus two minutes. Yet, even then faulty clocks have to be accounted
for (plus/minus 5 minutes).
Other relatives are usually not so very reliable regarding an exact birth time.
Birth certificates are fairly accurate (within plus/minus 5 minutes) if the cultural tradition
of your country at the time of your birth supported precision in such official recordings.
Only a certified birth certificate or a certified copy of birth certificate is reliable. When you
request your birth certificate, make sure to ask for your birth time specifically.
In this context, I invite the kind attention of the readers to our KP Reader No.3 (pages 494
to 507) wherein Sri KS Krishnamurthi garu has explained about the ways to correct the
given birth time in detail.
Mr. Tin Win in his foreword to the latest book on the birth time rectification-of Sri Kanak
Bosmia-“Easy Way to learn KP Birth Time Rectification”-, has said “under these circum-
stances (which are explained in earlier para) if only the birth time is doubtful, especially by
the consultant himself or herself, the birth time rectification is being done with the help of
the “Ruling Planets “ at the moment when you have an urge to solve the query, then
mysteriously God will help you to select the astrological correct birth time.” (KP reader III
page 281).
Birth time rectification is a challenging task for any astrologer and here is the book by
Sri Kank Ji, wherein he has systematically explained the rules and procedures to be
followed for the rectification of birth time with innumerable examples.

No need to mention more explanation for the meaning of the word "Punaphoo" , since all KP followers
are aware of the idea of the Guruji Sri KSK, which was written in the 4th Reader as below.
"Whenever Saturn has got any connection what so ever with Moon, there will be some obsta-
cle or impediment, nor only during negotiation but also at the time of fixation and even at
the time of the celebration of the marriage. This connection between Moon and Saturn caus-
es delay, though ultimately both of them do much more good with a better partner.”
Accordingly, when there is any connection between Moon and Saturn in a natal chart, most of KP
Astrologers use to predict a delay marriage for the native. But according to my point of view with an
experience of a decade, PP doesn't stand only for DELAY and hence predicting so always is not cor-
rect and true.
Why?
I wish to take back you to early period of KPEZ, ie July 2007, and a part of contents of an article
written by Sri Tin Win ji, is as below.
"6.4. Some findings of the Punarphoo effects are the postponement of date of marriage, bro-
ken engagement, marriage not materializing (Shri Raichur), mostly delay in marriage and
other events like launching of space mission but promise not denied (Kanak), delayed (or ob-
stacles to) marriage only in 18 (41%) charts out of 44 Punarphoo charts (Dr. Rangarajan
Krishnamoorthy), affecting not only in marriage aspect, but each and every aspect of a man's
life (Shri Vaikari Ramamurthy), and the cancellation theory not working in some Punarphoo
cancelled cases in “Punarphoo” book and some other cases (Kanak and others.)"
The essence of the above is Punarphoo is not effect only for the marriage. Anything under the PP, the
matter gets Delay, Deny, Dejection & Disappointment. My article published in KPEZ , July 2011
"Digging a well and Punarphoo Effect" is an example for DELAY effect.
In the matter of marriage, I have failed many times by predicting delay marriage owing to Punarphoo,
because some natives with PP dosha, have got married, while some are still unmarried. So there
should be a reason for this double sided effects of Punarphoo. In this situation, I wanted to do a re-
search to find out the exact reason for not having the marriage with the effects of Saturn and Moon.
While I was collecting such PP charts and and their destine, a KP colleague, V.S.N. Murthy ji from
India, urged me to this PP study by asking my remarks for the reasons for not having the delay mar-
riage even in the time of DBAS, who signify the marriage.
In this study I have used 18 PP charts contributed by my friend Murthy ji and some known cases of
my country.

I would like to present an interesting article based on my KP research studies. My friend asked me
about delivery date of his wife. Doctor had already informed the due date of 9 NOV 2018. He wanted
to confirm the exact date & which date she will be getting admitted to hospital.
In this horary chart, Moon represents the query about its nature.
Moon 3 /1. Sign Virgo – Lord Mercury placed in 5th. It looks like that they are caring about the deliv-
ery as it’s also represents the 12th house. 5th CSL is also Mercury as query is about wife
Venus is place in 4th house which says that is related to family planning as both husband and wife
considered.
Dasha lords areas follows:

Moon Dasha is favourable to child birth, not an issue.
Bhukti Sat is also favourable.
Sa(6, 7-8), in the star of Ke(7), Ke is agent of Ma(7, 5-10), in the sub of Sa(6, 7-8).
Saturn is itself says about the pain in hospitalization, also signifies 7 & 8th houses.
Rahu Antra Dasha details:

3) Venus.
Venus is also a significator but it is below to Ketu.
I prefer to go with KETU. Delivery will be done before 10th NOV 2018 12:04:41.
On 11th November morning time, my friend called me to inform that delivery happened as predicted
on the 10th Nov18 at 10:09 AM.
His wife was admitted on 9th of NOV at 10:30 PM and next day 10th NOV C-Section delivery was de-
cided.
In this chart, it was observed that most of the planets signifies the houses 6, 7 & 8 that C-section
delivery was decided for his wife.
Gender was not predicted but he is blessed with Baby Girl.

Question – 2: Use of Transit in KP
How transit is used in KP?
Answer -2:
The cuspal sub lord of a house indicates whether the matter of the house is favorable
(promised) or not. The significators point the time of event. Both dasa, bhukti and gochara
(transit) must agree.
Dasa is supposed to agree with transit when DBAS lords and luminaries Sun, Moon are
transiting in the star and sub of DBAS lords, Sun and Moon or fruitful significators for the
matter under consideration. In many cases the Sookshma lord is found transiting in the
star or sub of Moon.
In the Rangarajan Krishnamoorthy's computer analysis of 1005 (one thousand & five) TOB
AA rated marriage charts collected by Kanak Bosmia, transit DBAS lords, Sun, Moon are
found transiting in the star & sub of DBAS lords by 79% (Dasa lord), 76% (Bhukti lord),
76% (Antara lord), 76% (Sookshma lord), 79% (Sun), and 80% (Moon) respectively on the
