Instructions to the Invigilators

Invigilator reporting to their respective Halls : 1:30 pm


Candidates entry into the hall : 1.30 pm to 1.45
pm
Open question paper cover by students: : 1.55 pm
Start answering : 2.00 pm
No entry of candidates to the Hall : beyond 1:45 pm

1. Please report at the respective hall at 1.30 PM. Any delay in reporting
at the hall will hamper the smooth conduct of entrance examination.
2. A team from SPGS will place the envelopes containing question papers
and OMR sheets on the desk at 1.20 PM.
3. A label with the name of the student and the subjects is pasted in each
table.
4. Allow the students at 1.45 PM inside the hall and permit them to open
the envelop at 1.55 PM to read the instructions. The students can start
answering the questions at 2.00 PM.
5. Students should not bring any material with them except a few ball
pens.
6. Cell phones, calculators or any other electronic devices are strictly
prohibited.
7. Invigilators should sign the OMR sheet and check the entrance exam
admission slip provided. Ensure that proper shading of 10-digit
registration number is done and sign in the OMR sheet. Also, the
students should be asked show their Hall ticket and ID card.
8. Students applied for two subjects has to open the white cover only
after the completion of first subject.
9. The students will be making the right answer in the OMR sheet using
black ball pens only.
10. Clear instructions are given in each question paper on how to
mark the right answer in the OMR sheet. Ask the students to read the
instructions carefully.
11. If a student writes only one paper, then he or she should be
asked to complete the process with in the stipulated time (at 3.15 PM).
12. The student on completion, should place the Hall ticket,
Question paper and the OMR sheet inside the envelop provided.
13. Handle envelops with OMR sheets carefully as any damage
(during distribution, collection and packing) will hamper the scanning
of OMR sheet for evaluation.
14. After the completion of exam, instruct the students to leave the
hall orderly, preferably row-wise to ensure that no OMR sheet or
question paper is taken by candidates by mistake while leaving.
