Sub: REPLY TO THE REJECTION OF SCHENGEN VISA LETTER DATED

23-04-2019

TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN

Pursuant to the instructions from and on behalf of our client Mr. XYZ s/o ABC
(hereafter referred to as ‘Our Client’); we do hereby clarify with the following reply to the
rejection of Schengen Visa letter dated 23-04-2019.
1. Our client is a law-abiding tax payer citizen of Pakistan and is employed by a well-
known private company, XYZ (Pvt.) Limited, Lahore Pakistan, as a Senior Business
Development Executive and is drawing a handsome salary.

2. Our client applied for Schengen tourist visa on 04-04-2019 (Application ID

asd/*****/****/01) that was submitted on 04-04-2019. The main purpose for our
client to visit the Netherlands is tourism as such he wanted to remain in the Member
State(s) for 17 intended days, arriving on 04-06-2019 and departing on 20-06-2019.

3. However, our client received a visa rejection letter on 23-04-2019, stating briefly that
he failed to establish strong ties with the home country and the documents provided
with regards to travel, accommodation and all other ancillary thereto are not reliable. It
is pertinent to mention here that our client has multiple visited the Schengen Member
States during 4 years.

4. The reasons relied upon by the consulate in rejecting our client’s application for tourist
visa cannot be sustainable depending on his travel history. He has always travelled for
tourism purposes and conferences and never overstayed at any circumstances. While
perusing his previous record, it can never be established that he ever intended to
remain in any of the Member States after the expiry of his Schengen Visa. He has
adequate academics from a highly prestigious university in Pakistan and has also
worked for the Government. Moreover, he is currently employed at an executive
position in the aforementioned organization and will inflict him irreparable loss if he
does not return to his employment. Also, he has immediate family members residing
comprising of his widow mother and younger brother. Therefore, it is germane to point
out here that, he undoubtedly has strong ties with his place of residence, home
country.
5. Another reason of rejection that was concluded by the honorable embassy that the
itinerary and the accommodation where he will be visiting were unsatisfactory. Clearly,
our client is not travelling for the first time and is quite familiar to the accommodation,
hotels etc., and ways to commute. The bookings made are authentic and are also
annexed herewith for your further perusal. Furthermore, he also holds sufficient
medical insurance along with travel funds to cover his traveling cost and all other costs
that arises during his stay.

6. Our client further attaches all the requisite documents that were submitted to the
Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the honorable Ministry of Foreign
Affairs. The documents regarding the travel ticket and accommodations are sufficient
and have been purchased through proper authorized proprietors leaving no doubt for
your kind self to raise flags of any skepticism. It is further illuminated that the bookings
are quite reliable.

In the luminosity of aforementioned, it is, therefore, most respectfully requested that

our Client, xyz son of abc, may please be granted with the Schengen Visa for the intended
days beginning from 04-06-2019 to 20-06-2019 so that he can travel for summer vacations
as planned.

Our Client is ready to submit any additional documents that your honorable ministry
requests for the issuance of the Schengen Visa.

Thanking in anticipation and looking forward hearing from you soon.

Yours truly,

MUHAMMAD HASSAN RIAZ
