Performance Engagement – Infor connecting to Infor, Often!

To achieve the vision of making Infor a great place to work and encourage career growth and development, Infor
is implementing Continuous Performance Engagement. Your leader will take notes and enter into our CPE
System, but remember to come prepared for the discussion and follow up on previous conversations. Here is a
guide to help you track your notes.

Agenda for CPE- Development Planning:


For development planning, consider 2-3 activities that you have achieved during the period 1 st August
2018 to 31st July 2019, that you may consider beneficial and discuss with your leader.

Accomplishments: This is an opportunity to highlight some of your top contributions and


accomplishments for 1st August 2018 to 31st July 2019.

Challenges: This may be an area not easily described but come prepared to discuss challenges as
your manager may be able to remove roadblocks or the conversation may help avoid difficulties in the
future.

Tasks: Discuss top projects/assignments that were agreed upon for 1st August 2018 to 31st July 2019.
Come prepared to discuss the goals and objectives and the accomplishments against them.
1 Complete Assignments(Task’s) on Time, Meeting High Quality Requirements. Analyze, Develop
and Unit test of newly added Functionalities Development(UC's), such as Epics/Stories/Sub-
Task’s and Issues are assigned from Scrum Masters/Team Lead.

2 Communicate actively and effectively within the Team, with other Teams, including QA, Scrum
Masters/Team Leads and Management.
Improve communication to present, discuss and exchange ideas and information with
teammates convincingly.

3 Continue to excel Technically, Take more challenging tasks of HMS product development
Releases of BGL1 & Leasing Board Work.

4 Be Pro-Active in Learning the HMS coding standards to better implementations alone. Take the
responsibility of solving customer issues when asked, and respond to such issues promptly and
thoughtfully.

5 Consult business analysts and others resources to study hospitality industrial domain
knowledge related to your assignments in order to sufficiently understand the use cases.

Attend use case and refer other requirement documents, follow up until they are understood to
a point that code can be written without ambiguity.
Summarize the meeting, action items, and take notes for follow-up items.
