Discuss the status of implementing the said MC; 2. Profile the various obstructions identified based on the road inventory, and report particularly the number and kind of obstructions in the cities on or before September 13, 2019 for the information and action of concerned Undersecretaries or Assistant Secretaries who have designated regional assignment/s. 3. Determine the actions undertaken and to be undertaken by the LGUs; 4, Provide assistance to the LGUs, particularly on the remaining activities to be undertaken, if any (ie., road clearing, reclaiming roads and road rehabilitation); 5. Create for each city, in his or her corresponding region, a validation team composed of: © DILG officer cross-posted from a different local government unit; * A representative from the local Philippine National Police; + Arepresentative from the local Bureau of Fire Protection; + Representatives from an accredited civil society organizations6. The Validation Team shall utilize the attached Validation Form, to verify the actions taken by the LGUs. The report shall be certified by the members of the team and accepted by the City/Municipal Mayor.
