HRD and in the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation. Such expatriate Pakistani community has
made valuable contribution in the economic development of the country.
In the same continuation, please find enclosed a self-explanatory complaint along with copies of
relevant documents received from Fazal EllahiS/o Abdullah resident of Haripur who is an
Overseas Pakistani, presently Working in “Qatar” According to the petitioner he purchased a
shop for Rs13, 30,000 at sharan wela gate Bazar Haripur during 2008.but the adjacent shop
owner got the shop transferred in his own name rather the petitioner fraudulently. Despite lapse
of long period i.e. about 10 years, the petitioner could not get his money back or property so far.
Your action would be highly appreciated in redressing the grievance of the

Overseas Pakistani.

copy of relevant documents received from Saeed Mohammad S/o Mohammad ishaq resident of
Peshawar who is an Overseas Pakistani, Working in “ USA ” According to the petitioner he got the
market on loan and paid an amounting of only 11.1 million during the year 2008 to the owner Mr
Shamshad Mir S/o Sahbzada Mir resident of mula gori sher bridge p/o paindi lalma Tehsil Khyber
agency. Whereas the petitioner had been receiving rent of all the shops for three years after signings
the agreement with owner then he left Pakistan for USA. After some time he came back to Pakistan
and contacted the shopkeepers for all the due rent but they refuses to pay the overdue rent
presenting that saeed mohammad claiming to be owner of that’s shops and was since long receiving
rent. It seems that the previous owner forcefully grabbed this property and getting benefits and
deprived the genuine lease. when the effete contacted Mr Shamshad mir he not only refused to pay
the money back but also give threat to effete so that to keep the petitioner away. It is therefore
requested to kindly look in the matter for resolving the issue.
Your action would be highly appreciated in redressing the grievance of Overseas

Pakistani.

of all the shops for till three years after signing the agreement with owner before his departure to USA.
After some time he came back to Pakistan and contacted the shopkeepers for all the due
rent but they refused to pay the overdue rent presenting that Shamshad mir claimed to be owner of that
shops and had been receiving rent since long.
It seems that the owner illegally, forcefully grabbed the property and getting benefits
and deprived the genuine lessee. When the effectee contacted Mr Shamshad mir he not only refused to
pay the money back Rs 11.1 million, taken as goodwill at the time of signing agreement (copy
enclosed) but also threatened the effectee.
It is therefore requested tokindly look into the matter for appropriate action. Your action would be
highly appreciated in redressing the grievance of Overseas Pakistani.

i.e not enclosing / receiving the cheque.
The letter addressed to Regional Head has not been received hence question of
misplacement of the draft in this office doesn’t arise please.
