Work Area South Aceh City Health Department is a highly
endemic areas Dengue. Total incidence of dengue in the city of South
Aceh by not optimal implementation P2DBD Program. The purpose of
this study is to describe the implementation of the program in the region
P2DBD South Aceh City Health Department. The research is a qualitative
study using in-depth interviews. Informants in this study amounted to 6
persons namely environmental health coordinator and surveillance duty in
each - each health center is located in the working area of the Health
Department every health center represents one person. This research was
conducted in October 2016.
The results of this study illustrate that the program planning
P2DBD ie the number of workers in insufficient, the proceeds to run a
program that is not enought.activity P2DBD Health education program,
PSN, larvicides, and CHD has not been implemented by the outcome of
the action program maximuml.For P2DBD like ABJ still below 95%,
namely 65.23%
It is expected that the Department of Health to add officers on
duty that coverage area works large and the number of dengue cases,
adding the budget in the implementation of program activities P2DBD,
and conducting health education that attract the attention of people to be
at the time of counseling many citizens were present at the time of
extension activities.
