TOPIC: How important is Sunday (Getting to know the Church)
OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the discussion, my students shall be able to:
 To know the importance and Holiness of Sabbath Day
 To apply the teachings of the church and the importance of the Sabbath day to a
Christian's life
 To reflect on the importance of the Sabbath as you live it.

I. PRAYER
 Let us put ourselves and feel the Holy the presence of the Lord: In the name of the
father, the Son and the Holy spirit Amen. "God, I want to take a minute not to ask
for anything from you, but to simply say thank you.” Amen.
