Notice of Claim
In the event of claim due to Accidental Damage and/or Theft, the Insured shall (a) within seven (7) days of the
occurrence of Damage, or the discovery of Theft, notify Chubb of the event; (b) for Handsets, within seven (7) days
of the discovery of Theft, notify Globe to block the Equipment and inform Chubb Customer Service on telephone
number +63.2.756.5400 or via email GlobeConsumerClaims.PH@chubb.com to commence the claim procedure;
and (c) within seven (7) days of discovery of Theft, notify the police and obtain a crime reference number or where
available a police report

Description of Benefits
• Theft Benefit: Cost of Replacement of the Equipment (with the same or similar specifications, which may be by
way of Refurbished Equipment)
• Accidental Damage Benefit: Cost of Repair or Replacement of the Equipment (with the same model or one with
similar specifications, which may be by way of Refurbished equipment)
• Bill Protect Rider: Accidental Death & Accidental Temporary Disability

Availability of the Group Policy

The Group Policy shall be available in the main office of Globe and at the website of Chubb (www.chubb.com/ph)

subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Globe Gadget Care for Postpaid Subscribers Group Policy executed
between Chubb and Globe. In the event of discrepancy between the provisions of this Confirmation of Cover and
the Group Policy, the provisions of the latter shall prevail.
