We all have our own beliefs and philosophy in life. No two persons will have
seen life in the same way. Maybe they have similar philosophy in life but none of
them would be exactly the same. I believe that a person’s philosophy in life will
vary depending on their own experiences. And from there, I want to share my
“Change your thoughts and you change your world”-- Norman Vincent Peale
shaping our behavior. What manifest in our world is usually about what we
believe in ourselves. So, when we always think of negative things, we lose our
motivation to do things and our drive to follow our dreams. Unlike if we always
think of positive things, we usually get what we want because there is already the
drive and motivation that we can get and do those things with whatever
hindrances there will be. Also, if what’s in our mind are just positive things, it
I was once a person who fed my mind with negativity. That’s why I had a hard
time believing in others and most of the time I’m stressed. This usually happens
when someone talked to me and told me stories which were purely negative
things and sometimes when I crammed in doing things like paper works. Those
stories and cramming easily affected me which adds to the negativity I had. I
don’t even know how to handle those things. I just ended up thinking everything
and crying all night until I slept but then, when I woke up the negativity was still
there. But one day, something happened and there was this one person who
made me realized that living a positive life will lead you to healthy life. Changing
my negative thoughts into positive really changed my world. From then on, when
someone was talking to me and telling their problems, I easily gave them advice
without me being affected with what they told me, and I learned how to handle
myself when I’m already cramming and stressed in work or other things. Also,
always tell myself one of my favorite line in a movie Three Idiots which is “ALL IS
WELL”. This line always reminds me that whatever happens everything will be
okay and fine. I also make it a habit to thank God every morning when I woke up
and every night before I sleep. Thanking Him lead me to think positively everyday
which boost my energy and keep me happy the whole day. So, be a positive
thinker because that will help you the most in difficult times.
