 Job description:
 To ensure that NATPACK provide products fits its purpose, is consistent and meets both
external and internal requirements.
 Liaison with other managers and team members throughout NATPACK to ensure that
the integrated management system is implemented efficiently and effectively. Where
appropriate, advice on changes and how to implement them and provide training, tools
and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards.
 Establishing, Developing and Maintaining an integrated management systems comply with
the requirements of (ISO 9001:2015- ISO 22000:2018- ISO 14001:2015- ISO 45001:2018 -
ISO 15378:2017).
 Establishing and Developing product quality metric, The acceptance quality limits “AQL” ,
Sampling , inspection & Testing plans , for all manufacturing process “ incoming –
In process-Finished Goods”.
 Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are
met.
 Closely collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders on a routine basis. Make sure
that all Policies are adhered to and incorporated into all levels.
 Working with quality sector manager in handling customer complaints through root cause
analysis, executing the effective CAPA, followed by measuring of its effectiveness.
 Ensuring compliance with all customer/certification bodies requirements, Prepare and
completing audits in successful manner.
 Conduct internal audits on regular basis to assure that all process achieves its purpose
effectively & efficiently.
 Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and
implementing improvements
