Week 1 This week was spent on idea generation

This week we have been asked to create 2 short films
and 2 music videos that notch the target audience
we have chosen, we have chosen the target
audience of humans aged 25-40 years old.
We have chosen this target audience because we
believe that this age group will be less complicated to
get information on to help us with our productions,
some of these being that most people have parents
in this age group while not many people have
younger siblings that were in the other age group.
We have decided to create a music video and also a
short film, these will help allow us to improve our skills
as we have not yet made a music video or short film
for people in this age group so by doing it for a first
time it is going allow us to gain new techniques that
aren’t used as much in the new more modern music
video that we have done before.
The focus groups and the surveys helped select our
idea by giving us more of an idea on what people
would want to see so that we can make the best
productions that we can to help us get the best
grade.

Week 2 This week was spent researching target audiences

What did you find out about your Through my secondary research I have found out

secondary research? also what people in this age group have done. I have
 found out that people from this age group have with
some of these being Watch documentaries, Drink
wine & beer, Most went to university, Active, Eating
out, Online shopping, Facebook, Watch sport and
much more this has helped us find out what kinds of
things our target audience would like to see in our
productions.
