INTRODUCTION

Know will and establish that kind of traceability we want for our company taking into
account the clarity of each and every variation within the training project, Only in this way
can we focus on what we want to achieve exactly.
And so that the processes that we want to develop for avoid errors and have more reliability
for suppliers and customers can be established.

OBJECTIVES

 Know what kind of traceability necessary is according to our training project.

 We will know about the types of traceability and at what time we must update,
according to the growth of the company.

¿Qué tipo de trazabilidad va a usar según su proyecto formativo?

Nuestro proyecto formativo utilizaría dos tipos de trazabilidad como:
 Trazabilidad desde atrás:
Ya que nuestra empresa es un centro de distribución, entonces necesitaríamos
recolectar la información de los proveedores, que reciben y fechan en las que
entregan, y también toca tener en cuenta como cuales son los mejores
procedimientos para no afectar la calidad del producto.

 Trazabilidad hacia delante:

Por qué toca saber las necesidades de los clientes, sabiendo donde se va hacer la
entrega y si tiene varios puntos, y si tiene varias sucursales saber qué cantidad se va
a recibir cada sucursal, sus horarios en los que reciben y así poder fidelizar a
nuestros clientes.

What type of traceability are you going to use according to your project?
Our training project will uses two types of traceability as:
 Traceability from behind:
Since our company is a distribution center, then we would will need to collect the
information of the suppliers, who receive and date in which they deliver, and it also
has to take into account as what are the best procedures to not affect the quality of
the product.

 Forward traceability:
We going do need to know the needs of the customers, will knowing where the
delivery is going to be made and if it has several points, and if it has several
branches to know how much each branch will receive, their schedules in which they
receive and thus be able to loyalty to our customers.

Nuestra empresa utilizaría este tipo de alternativa ya que a pesar de ser una empresa nueva,
tenemos que mirar que va ser un lugar donde vamos a almacenar varia mercancía y de
varios proveedores, y así tendremos más conocimiento de lo que está entrando y de lo que
está saliendo, para una mayor confiabilidad. Sin embargo esto se puede ir actualizando a
medida que vallamos creciendo.

Our company be going do would use this type of alternative because despite being a new
company, we have to see that it will be a place where we are going to store several
merchandise and from several suppliers, and thus we will have more knowledge of what is
entering and what It's coming out, for greater reliability. However, this can be updated as
we grow.

¿Qué tipo de beneficios traerá la trazabilidad implementada en su

proyecto formativo?
Estaríamos recolectando toda la información que necesitaríamos para un proceso logístico,
evitando errores o fallas en algún proceso, y así nos asegúranos en tener una confiabilidad
en lo que estamos haciendo y se lo reflejaríamos tanto a proveedores como a nuestros
clientes.

Which benefits will the implemented traceability would bring to your

project?

We would be collecting all the information we will need for a logistic process, avoiding
errors or failures in some process, and so we will make sure we have a reliability in what
we are doing and will reflect as both suppliers and our customers.
