Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Program
The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) course is a full-time, three-year,
undergraduate program of study aimed at preparing young graduates to take up
challenging careers in business and industry. The program is designed to be very
intensive in its academic and co-curricular inputs. We ensure that the essence of the
curriculum reach the students through adoption of a multi-pronged methodology of
teaching. Through process-mapping exercises and regular internship opportunities,
we guarantee international exposure for our students. Our long-standing commitment
to diversity is a mind-set we hold in high regard. The difference in opinions,
convictions, economic background, gender & nationality breathes life into our campus
community while bringing out the best in our students.
Program Objective
The objective is to develop managerial skills and provide an integrated view of
the managerial issues and applications to real life situations.
To cultivate foresight regarding the implications and consequences of
considered action, business acumen, leadership qualities, entrepreneurial flair
etc.
Provide a comprehensive learning experience, designed to educate the
students about global business practices.
Facilitate learning through complementary networks of students, faculty and
industry professionals.
Program Pedagogy
The teaching pedagogy of the BBA program combines lecture-cum discussions,
cases/ case lets, role plays, self-learning projects/studies, field visits, group projects,
and also independent research as students differ in their individual learning styles, and
each student possesses a unique combination of multiple intelligences. We focus on
integration of knowledge, development of critical thinking, problem solving and
performance skills. Such a learning environment encourages the students to enjoy
lessons, try out new things and to think creatively and independently.
