The minimum thickness of shell is 1.5 + 3 = 4.500 mm
Using wall thickness 25 mm, it will be safe.

3. Forming Shell Sections and Heads UCS-79 Requirement
The provisions in UCS-79 shall apply in additional to the general rules for forming given in
UCS-79 (b). Carbon and low allow steel plates shall not be formed cold by blow.
The extreme fiber elongation shall be determined by the followings :
a. Checking the Heat treatment for cold forming of shell - single Curvature.
Where
~
ts : Plates thickness of shell = 25 mm
Rfs : Final center line radius of shell = 111 mm
Ro : Orginal center line radius = 1.00E+54 (Infinite)
50 ts
= 1 - Rfs / Ro = 11.26 < 40 %
Rfs
Therefore Heat treatment after cold forming of Cyclindrical shell plate is not required
b. The head material is SA 234 WPB, the evaluation based on UCS 79 is not required.
00001-CAL-PV-001/ASME/437990144.xls/Formshell
4.Nozzle neck thickness required due to Design conditions
The minimum thickness of nozzle neck, trn (mm), shall not be less than the thickness
computed from the applicable loadings in UG-22 plus the thickness added for
corrosion allowance on the connection.
trn = Pt x (Rn+CA) + CA
[(Sn x E) - (0.6 x P)]
Additionally, the minimum thickness of nozzle neck, trn, shall not be less than
the smaller of the followings :
a. Requirement of UG-45 (b) (1)
For Vessel under internal pressure only, the thickness (plus CA) required for Pressure,
(E = 1) for the shell or head at the location where the nozzle neck attaches to the
vessel but in no case less than the minimum thickness specified for the material in
UG-16 (b) (Minimum thickness shall not be less than 1/16" (1.5 mm)
Therefore, tr3, in is the larger value computed in 4.2 (a) and 4.2 (b) above shall be used.
The minimum thickness for all material is that wall thickness listed in table 2 of ANSI B 36.10 M 2004 Ed.

The total cross sectional Areas for Openings in shell and formed Head without Reinforcing
element or with reinforcing element are in determined in UG-37 as follow
As per UG-36 (b) (1) - The Rules in UG-36 though UG-43 apply to openings not exceeding
the following : For Vessel 60 in (1500 mm) inside diameter and less, one-half the vessel diameter, but
not exceed 20 in (500 mm). For vessels over 60 in. (1500 mm) inside diameter, one-third the vessel diameter,
but not to exceed 40 in. (1 000 mm). For opening exceeding these limits supporting rules rules of 1-7
shall be satistified in addition to UG-36 through UG-41.
As per UG-36(c) (3) - Openings in vessel not subject to rapid fluctuations in pressure do not
require reinforcement other than that inherent in the construction under the following
conditions :
UG - 36(c) (3) (a) - Welded or Braced connections meeting the applicable rules
and with a finished opening not larger than.
3½" in (89 mm) diameter - in Vessel Shell, or heads 3/8 in (10 mm) or less in thickness
2 3/8 in (60 mm) diameter - in Vessel Shell, or heads over 3/8 in (10 mm) in thickness
From Fig. UG-37.1 Nomenclature and Formulas for Reinforced Openings as shown below,
we can get conclusion as follows:

The Minimum metal temperature used in design shall be the lowest expected in service when lower temperatures are permitted
by the rules of UCS-66. The Minimum Design Metal Temperature (MDMT) shall be determined by Computation as show below.
For Vessels Installed at a fixed location when the coincident Ratio define in Fig. UCS-66.1 is less than one, this figure provides a
further basis for the use of part UCS material without Impact Test.
For such vessel, and for minimum design metal temperature of -20°F (-29°C) and warmer, the minimum design temperature without
Impact test determined in UCS-66 (a) above for a given material and thickness may be reduce as determined in UCS-66.2
For minimum design temperature colder than-50°F (-45°C), Impact testing is required for all materials, except as allowed in
UCS-66 (b) (3) and in UCS-68 (c)
Therefore, Minimum Design Metal Temperature of the Vessel shall be the Highest (Warmer) of the Lowest Permissible Temperature of the Vessel components shown above
Min. Design Metal Temp. of Vessel
-29oC
M.D.M.T
The Minimum Operating Temperature = 5 °C > -29 °C MDMT impact testing is not required.
