Automated Operations and Recovery

The Nokia Automated Operations and Recovery (AOR) solution enables service
providers to automate their service assurance processes over multi-vendor
networks. It represents a transition from a traditional alarm-centered
operations model to one that is ticket-oriented. AOR automates operating
center activities, including event management, RCA/SIA correlation, trouble
diagnostics, recovery and trouble ticket management.
