Benchmarking and Capacity Building cum Workshop on the Preparation of

Activity Proposal, School Memorandum and Letter of Request

1. Pursuant to DepEd order No. 49, s. 2011, entitled Mandated Program, Projects and
Activities (PPAs) of the Supreme Student Government which lays the groundwork for
good governance, volunteerism, unity and cooperation by providing the students
various venues where they can improve their leadership knowledge, skills and
attitudes, this Division will conduct benchmarking and capacity building cum
workshop on the preparation of activity proposal, school memorandum and letter of
request on August 22-24, 2017 at La Consolacion College of Tanauan.
2. This activity aims to achieve the following:
 craft and prepare the correct format of activity proposal, memorandum and
request letter
 help student leaders understand the intricacies of leading and managing the
school SSGs/SPGs and adopt relevant courses of action in response to its
evolving roles and function
 formulate a dynamic, feasible, doable and concrete action plan for the
implementation in the school based on the mandated PPAs of the SSG/SPG
 have a benchmarking that will enhance and improve schools Programs,
Projects and Activities implementation
3. Attached herewith are the Technical Working Group and Programme for this activity
for your reference.
4. All expenses relative to the conduct of this activity shall be charged against Division
HRTD Fund subject to usual accounting and auditing procedures
5. Dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.
