Premiere Pro is one of the most popular editing software’s in the industry due to its wide range
of features and colossal capability. As well as this, the constant updates and advanced software
of the programme make the product produced come out professional and looking like a feature
film. Blockbuster films created via this editing software include Deadpool and Avatar.

software that has been developed by Apple, Final Cut Pro began life as software designed to
made simple video editing accessible for video hobbyists and independent filmmakers. However,
in recent years the capabilities of Final Cut Pro have evolved significantly and we are now seeing
major Hollywood movies also being edited with this software. Movies such as X-Men Origins:
Wolverine were edited on this software.

(Avid Media Composer) Avid is a film and video editing software or non-linear editing system,
it is also the flagship product of Avid Technology. This program has been a staple in the film and
media industry and blockbuster Hollywood films are very likely to use the software, although its
competitor Premiere Pro is being used more often by mainstream filmmakers. Avid has helped
create several iconic blockbusters The Dark Knight.

(Sony Vegas Pro) Vegas Pro is a video editing software package for non-linear editing
originally published by Sonic Foundry, then by Sony Creative Software, and now by Magix. The
software runs on the Windows and Mac OS X operating system. Several films within the
industry have used this software such as Paranormal Activity.
