Terms and Conditions

1. Either party may terminate the contract by giving one month's notice.
2. In case the uniforms are not supplied in given time frame or intimated to us in time for
the non availability of material in the market 20% from the billing will be deducted.
3. Embroidery: - Computerized embroidery of logo on specified place and "House
Keeping" written at the back in green color and alphabets to be in 2" in size as applicable
at extra cost.
4. Quantity will be intimated as per requirements.
5. Rate Contract numbers should be mentioned on all invoice/challans.
6. We reserve the right of rejection of supplied garments, for defective workmanship and
 Non-confirmation to the design specifications.
7. No payment shall be made for rejected material for stitching and also you will be charged
for the material cost as a penalty
