Full-time course-Mumbai Branch (3 months): - Admissions OPEN

Timings are 8.30am to 5.30pm. Monday - Friday. Saturday is a half day.

the above dates, we request you to get in touch with our representative to

For applying into the full time batch, you need to fill the application
form which is available on our website www.actorprepares.net and
courier it along with a DD of Rs 250 in favor of ‘Film Industry Welfare
Trust Actor Prepares’ towards the audition fee.

For the audition you will have to prepare a scene of your selection of
around 2-3min in Hindi/English, another impromptu scene will be given
to you by the selection committee at the time of the audition. There will
also be a short interview with the candidate.
For applicants outside India, you need not come especially for the
auditions; instead you can courier a dvd with your performance recorded
on it along with the form. Alternatively you can also upload your
audition video online and send us a link to view. You can record 2 one
or two minute performances. Your selection will be done with the help
of the dvd/online video link.

For applying into the Scriptwriting Diploma programme, you need to fill

Admissions will be subject to a writing exercise. There will be no direct
admissions.

For the writing exercise, you will have to answer two questions given in
the admission form. Your selection will be on the basis of the answers
you provide and will be communicated to you on the contact details
provided by you in the admission forms.

Story Writing For Cinema ( 1 month ) : Admissions Open

· Understanding the basics of storytelling in cinema, and how it is
different from other media like novels and plays.
· Learning the three-act structure of cinematic writing

their own

Miscellaneous Workshops

Personal Coaching

Apart from classroom sessions, Actor prepares provides personal

coaching to potential candidate subject to an audition process. The
candidate is first auditioned by a senior faculty of a Actor Prepares. If
the candidate clears the audition process, the he is selected for a one on
one personal coaching session. A senior faculty member will be assigned
to the candidate who based on the candidates audition will design a
customized course for him/her. There will be a minimum of 15 sessions
on acting ( 1 acting session = 2 hours ). The candidate has an option of
taking an extra hour of dance as well. The timings and days of these
sessions is fixed in mutual agreement with the candidate and the
assigned faculty member. The fees for such a session range from Rs.
10000/- to Rs. 25000/- Per session depending on the modules include.
We also help our student’s locate accommodation close to the school by
giving them contact details of real estate agents.
